Not Getting A Motion Alert When Your Floodlight Is Triggered

a) You have to check your connection to the house power this could be one reason for the floodlights to turn on and off.

b) Check area around the lights there must be something that’s triggering the floodlights like an animal, or bush or something.

c) Check the Ring app settings you may have set up the motion sensitivity too high.

d) Try to remove the light from the group that is giving you the issue and then try to check if the problem is still there. It is possible that the other light may be cause trouble for the floodlight.

When your Floodlight Is on and no response to the App
There are many reasons and possibilities for this scenario:

a) You have to check your connection to the house power

b) Check for the lights in the Ring app to see if the floodlights are setup correctly.

c) The grouping must be done correctly you have to check that too.

d) Try moving the closer to each other if possible and try to make sure there are no objects in front of the lights.

e) Check the auto shut off feature in the Ring app. The auto shut off feature must be turned off.
In case your floodlight is not turning on 
Following can be the reason for the problem:

a) You must leave the area for at least 10 minutes so the floodlights won’t get triggered. Then after 10 minutes check if the floodlights are working.

b) Check for barriers between the floodlights.

c) You have to check your Wi-Fi if it is working. Or if it is providing the proper signal strength to the device.

d) Make sure you are testing the floodlights in night time or in darkness.

e) The bridge should not be too far away from the floodlight. It should not be too far from your server.
